How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our boutique usually takes 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ella Mae's Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
