Returns & Exchanges

At Ella Mae's Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use toward your next favorite find.
